Round 1!

A solid start to the championship with some really good racing throughout the day.

Qualifying didn’t quite go to plan and I had to work hard for P3 going into the Pre-A Final ( Basically bad luck on Kart Allocation but we don’t mention that ). The pace wasn’t quite where I wanted it to be, but after a good battle with George and some pressure from behind, I managed to hold on to P3 and secure a top 3 position in the A Final.

The Final was great fun. George and I had another close battle, which allowed Cruz to build a gap out front. After a few laps of trying to find a way through, I finally made the move for P2, but by then P1 was just too far ahead. I then had to focus on defending to bring home second place.

Really happy to finish P2, set the fastest lap of the Final, and also grab the all-time lap record earlier in the week! 🔥🏆
