🏁 CLUB100 ROUND 6 – LYDD 🏁

My first ever visit to Lydd and I was really excited! I missed the pre-event testing, so it was straight into practice for me.

🌧️ Practice: The track was damp and greasy, so I spent the session learning the circuit, finding the grip and working out the best lines.

⏱️ Qualifying: Time to learn Lydd in the dry! Qualifying went really well and I finished P5 out of 20 in my group. I missed out on the Pre-A Final by just 0.011 seconds! 😫 That was my goal for the day, so soooo close!

🏎️ Pre-B Final: I started on pole, but at the first corner I got pushed into the bark! 😬 Luckily, a full-course yellow helped me catch the pack. Then the comeback started… P21 ➡️ P10! 💪

🏆 B Final: More overtaking needed! Starting P10, I worked my way through and by lap 3 I was P1! I built a lead and WON the B Final, which meant I was promoted into the A Final! 🥇

🔥 A Final: Starting P21, I fought all the way up to P10 before getting hit and dropping back to P15. I managed to recover to finish P13!

My best Club100 result yet, at a track I’d never driven before! I definitely enjoyed Lydd and can’t wait to come back! 🏁
